What comes in the box?
The West Side Mist diffuser, a remote control and a USB-C cable. Diffuser oils aren't included, but any standard diffuser oil works.
How do I use it?
Lift off his cap, fill the top of his head with water, add a few drops of diffuser oil if you like, put the cap back on and press the button or use the remote. The mist and the amber glow come on together.
Do I need to use oil?
No. It works with plain water too. Oil just adds a scent.
Is that real smoke?
No. It's a fine water mist, and the glowing tip is a light. Nothing is burning.
How do I clean it?
Empty any leftover water after use and wipe the inside dry with a soft cloth. Unplug it before cleaning.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1โ3 business days, and most arrive within 7โ15 business days after that.
